Maharashtra Real Estate Agent Exam Results Released: 89% Pass Rate

In a recent announcement on December 7th, the results of the third Maharashtra Real Estate Agent Exam in the sthavara sampada kshetra (property sector) were disclosed. Out of 4954 candidates, an impressive 89% successfully passed the examination. The cities of Thane, Mumbai, and Raigad clinched the top spot collectively with an outstanding 98% score.

Noteworthy inclusions in the successful candidates were 658 females out of a total of 4461, showcasing a commitment to gender diversity. Additionally, candidates over 60 years old, numbering 200, saw 10 individuals surpassing 80 years, adding a unique dimension to the achievement.

The top scorers from Mumbai, Thane, and Raigad, namely Pallavi Upadhyay, Anilkumar Khandelwal, and Sani Duggal, achieved the first position collectively with a stellar 98% rating. This accomplishment emphasizes the high standards maintained by real estate agents in these regions.

A total of 7678 candidates have now qualified to become agents, with 4461 emerging successful from the recent exam. The training and certification process, initiated by Maharashtra on January 10, 2023, has played a pivotal role in ensuring that new and renewing agents are well-versed with the necessary regulations.
