TNRERA Mandates Display Boards for Real Estate Projects to Boost Transparency

In a significant move aimed at promoting transparency and empowering homebuyers, the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) has issued a circular mandating the installation of prominent display boards at all registered real estate project sites across the state.

The circular, dated May 7, 2025, applies to both building projects and layout developments and is designed to help prospective homebuyers and investors easily access key information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
