The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) conducted a comprehensive Promoter Awareness & Feedback Session at its Lucknow headquarters on Thursday. The event, chaired by Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy, brought together a large number of promoters and representatives from across the state, aiming to streamline real estate project execution and strengthen compliance with the RERA framework.

Observed lapses, legal clarifications, and common financial mistakes were discussed in detail. Promoters were advised to maintain accurate records, follow financial discipline, and avoid deviations that could trigger legal complications or project delays.
Interactive Feedback Session with Promoters
